Praveen Nettaru murder: BJP Yuva Morhca members threaten mass resignation

Chikkamagaluru: Condemning the killing of BJP Yuva Morcha leader Praveen Nettaru, the BJP Yuva Morcha members, here have said that they would collectively tender their resignations.

Taking to social media platforms on Wednesday, the BJP Yuva Morcha members have expressed their distress over the party and have put up posts threatening mass resignations.

The posts read, ‘if the party cannot safeguard their workers, why work for the party?’.

It can be noted that on Tuesday (July 26) night Praveen was brutally murdered at Bellare with weapons by the assailants who had come on a bike. As locals had rushed Praveen to the nearby hospital, the doctors had declared him brought dead.

Later, members of Hindu organizations and BJP workers gathered in large numbers in front of the hospital demanding justice.

Currently, the police have detained seven people and have subjected them to thorough interrogation.
