Priority on zeroing COVID-19 cases in state: Sriramulu

Gadaga: Health Minister B Sriramulu said that reducing the number of COVID-19 cases to zero is the utmost priority of government.
Speaking to the reporters Sriramulu said, “Compared to the other states of India, the number of cases in Karnataka is less. We are boosting the confidence of COVID-19 warriors by taking all the necessary steps to control the spread of infection.”
He urged private hospitals to joined hands with the government in this fight.
“It is not right to close the hospitals, nursing homes with a reason of non availability of ISI Standard PPE Kits. Localities are producing many PPE kits and using that the private hospitals should help the society,” he added.
