Prostitution racket busted, 3 arrested

Bengaluru: The Central Crime Branch sleuths on Sunday bursted a prostitution racket and arrested three people for allegedly trafficking women to the city and pushing them into flesh trade.
The accused are identified as Deepak Gowda (30), who hails from Channarayapatna in Hassan district, Kashi (21), from Mysuru and Prajwal (21), from KR Pete in Mandya.
It is gathered that the CCB sleuths on Saturday conducted the raid on a house on Hanumantegowda Road in Chikkasandra and rescued three women, who were allegedly pushed into the flesh trade by the accused.
The CCB police later sent the rescued girls to a rehabilitation centre, informed sources.
A case in this regard has been registered with the Soldevanahalli police.
