Kalaburagi: A court here denied bail to 8 accused in the PSI recruitment fraud case.

The 3rd JMFC court here rejected the bail petitions filed by the accused — aspirants Viresh Nidagunda, K Praveen Kumar, Arun Patil, and Chetan Nandagaon, exam invigilators Suma, Siddamma and Savitri, and Rajesh who is the husband of alleged mastermind Divya Hagaragi.

The court reasoned that bail cannot be granted as the CID investigations have not been completed yet.

Meanwhile, the 4 accused who were arrested on Thursday and Friday have been remanded to police custody till April 29.
