PSI recruitment fraud: Headmaster of Gyan Jyothi School surrenders

Kalaburagi: Another main accused in the PSI recruitment fraud surrendered before the police on Monday.
Kashinath, the headmaster of Gyan Jyothi English Medium School, was arrested by the CID after he turned himself in, on Monday morning at around 8.30 AM. He had been absconding for the past 22 days.
As the head of the school, Kashinath was instrumental in facilitating the malpractices such as correcting the OMR sheets and allowing the use of Bluetooth devices in the exam hall, police sources said.
With this, the number of arrests in the case has risen to 26.
