PU Board exams: 2 held for circulating question paper online within an hour

Vijayapur: The city police arrested a student and a person police for taking a photograph of the II PU physics question paper and circulating it on social media.
As the paper was circulated after the commencement of the examination, the Department of Pre-University Education has ruled out a paper leaked issued a direction to suspend the supervisor on the charge of dereliction of duty.
Reportedly, the first three pages of Physics question paper went viral on social media within an hour of commencement of the exams. The incident is said to have occurred at Shanteshwar PU College at Indi town in the district on Wednesday, March 4.
The Physics exam was held from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. It is alleged that the question paper was photographed and shared on social media, either by a student or staff member from the college.
