PU Exams: After travel restrictions, spl buses arranged for students from Kerala

Mangaluru: The district Deputy commissioner Sindhu Roopesh on Sunday, March 22 informed that special KSRTC buses have been arranged for PUC students residing in Kerala who have to appear for their English subject examinations on Monday, March 23 at examination centres in Dakshina Kannada district.
The release states pick up points from where the students can board designated buses which will take them to their centres and return after the examination.
The designated pick up points will be at Talapady toll gate; Punya Koti Nagar at Mudipu; Baayaru; Saaradka; Anekallu; Kayarpadavu; Panjikallu; Karike.
After a spike in COVID-19 positive cases from Kasaragod, the district administration had sealed the border with Kerala prohibiting all vehicular and people move between the two states.
