Puttur: 6 injured in head-on collision between cars

A head-on collision between two cars at Piligoodu in Kaniyoor village left six people injured on Saturday.

The accident took place between a Swift car proceeding towards Puttur and a Maruti 800 vehicle coming from the opposite direction.

The injured identified as Mahabala Shetty, Anvitha, Manvitha, Mamatha, Asha, and Anni Gowda were admitted to a private hospital in Puttur.

Puttur traffic police registered a case.
