Puttur: Missing assets from Vishnumoorty Daivasthana found

Puttur: The assets of Vishnumoorty Daivastana which were stolen around one and a half months ago were discovered around 500m away from the Daivastana amidst a pile of dried leaves.

The stolen assets such as two daggers and deity’s stick were found when the local household members were piling the dried leaves. The assets were broken into pieces when discovered.

As soon as the members of the household found the assets, they informed the administration of the Daivasthana. The silver covering of the discovered daggers were stolen on November 10.

The miscreants stole the assets on November 9 at night and the theft came to light on November 10, in the mornin
