Puttur Native Found Dead on Railway Track in Thokkottu

Mangaluru: Puttur resident, Damodar (40) has been found dead on railway track at Thokkottu near Mangaluru city on Monday. The deceased was a resident of Samethadka in Puttur and son of Jogi Moolya. The deceased was identified by an identity card recovered by the police from the dead body.
According to the sources, the man may have been hit by passing train while crossing the railway track. However, there is no information on why Damodar reached Thokkottu.
