1) Stop consuming sugar
The best way to lose weight is by reducing the intake of sugar in your diet. Stop consuming sugary foods if you want to lose weight quickly as sugar slows down the metabolic rate of the body, which in turn doesn’t make you lose weight easily. Go for alternates like jaggery and honey if you have sugar cravings.
2) Exercise regularly
Losing weight just by keeping a check on your diet won’t help. You have to work out in order to burn all the excess fat present in your body. You can start by jogging, walking or climbing the stairs to lose fat.
3) Drink green tea
Metabolism can be increased by drinking three cups of green tea every day as green tea helps to burn your body fat. It is loaded with antioxidants and is healthy.
4) Eat lots of protein
Load your body with a lot of protein if you wish to stay fit. Consuming a protein-rich diet helps you stay full for a longer time, so you won’t get hunger pangs.
