Bengaluru: State JD(S) president H D Kumaraswamy made a mark on Congress President Rahul Gandhi who is toured the Mysuru district on Saturday.
Insulting Rahul (in a war of words), Kumaraswamy requested the AICC president to take back the charges he had made against the JD(S) recently when during his vsisit to Hassan district. Rahul marked the JD(S) as BJP’s ‘B’ group. He also charged the JD(S) of giving “back door” support to the BJP in the upcoming Assembly polls.
Kumaraswamy had countered Rahul’s charges by naming the Congress as JD(S)’s ‘B’ group. In his recent tweet Kumaraswamy yet again charged on Rahul. His tweet read:
“You have gone to the place where there is Goddess Chamundi – Mysuru. After facing a massive defeat across the state, you have now shed your atheistism to don the fake/deceptive “devout” role as part of your temple run. Last time when you were in Karnataka, you had made childish remarks against the JD(S). I had given you a befitting reply. I am now awaiting your response, as it is important for people to know the truth. If you don’t respond, then it will be a ‘hit-and-run’ statement. You will come to known as ‘hit-and-run Rahul’ not just ‘Temple run Rahul’. May Goddess Chamundi, who inspired me to make a come back into politics after my surgery, also rid you of your immaturity,”
