Parts of Dakshina Kannada receive rainfall on Friday morning

Mangaluru: After enduring days of scorching heat, residents of Dakshina Kannada finally experienced respite as rain showers graced many parts of the region on Friday morning.

Many parts of Dakshina Kannada including Mangaluru City, scattered rural areas of Badiyadka, Panaje, and Sullia, witnessed rainfall, offering a reprieve from the intense heat.

Throughout the district, the weather remained predominantly cloudy.

According to the Indian Meteorological Department’s forecast, coastal areas can expect scattered moderate rainfall over the next two days, providing further relief from the oppressive weather conditions.
