Sri Vishwaprasanna Theertha Sripada, a member of the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust informed that over 6 lakh students from more than 880 educational institutions in the state participated in the Ram Japa Yajna.
The seer who had given a call for mass chanting of Lord Rama’s name said that Yajna has been embraced not only by schools and colleges but also by various community groups, Sangha Parivar organizations, Bala Gokula, and Bhajan Mandirs.
In conjunction with the ongoing construction of the Ayodhya temple, a call has been made for the Dekakoti Ramayagna, a spiritual endeavor intended to benefit all age groups, from children to the elderly. This initiative is aligned with the Adhika Shravan month. It’s heartening to observe the enthusiastic response from numerous educational institutions and various organizations towards this initiative.
Encouragingly, Sri Vishwaprasanna Theertha Sripada has suggested that schools strive to incorporate remembrance of Rama into their daily prayers, at least ten times. He emphasized that schools not yet engaged in the Japa Yajna should actively participate in this campaign.
