Rama Navami: ‘Ayodhya prepares for grand festivities’

Sri Vishwaprasannatheertha Sri, a Trustee of the Ayodhya Sri Ram Mandir Janmabhoomi Theertha Kshetra Trust and seer of Udupi Pejavara Matha, announced plans for special pujas and festivities at the renowned Ayodhya Sri Rama Mandir.
The temple, drawing devotees from across the globe, is set to host elaborate rituals on April 17, promising a spiritually enriching experience for all who attend.
During a visit to Sri Mahalingeshwar Kshetra in Odilu, Sri Vishwaprasannatheertha Sri expressed anticipation for the significant event, highlighting the expected influx of thousands of devotees on Sri Rama Navami day.
Sri Vishwaprasannatheertha Sri noted the continuous stream of devotees flocking to Ayodhya to seek the darshan of Balarama, attesting to the temple’s profound spiritual allure and the purifying experience it offers.
In addition to emphasizing the spiritual significance of the pilgrimage to Ayodhya, Sri Vishwaprasannatheertha Sri underscored the importance of civic engagement, urging all eligible citizens to exercise their right to vote. He emphasized that voting is not only a birthright but also a solemn duty, essential for ensuring the election of capable leaders entrusted with the responsibility of governing the nation.
Sri Vishwaprasannatheertha Sri called upon citizens to cast their votes voluntarily, free from any undue influence or coercion, and to uphold the sanctity of the democratic process.
