Ramanagara: Ashwath Narayan and DK Suresh clash on stage

Ramanagara: A scuffle broke out between Minister for higher Education Dr. Ashwath Narayan and Member of Parliament DK Suresh, at a ceremony organized for unveiling statues in front of the district office complex here on Monday. incidentally, this happened in the presence Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
The commotion started with a comment made by Ashwath Narayan about the objections raised by Congress party workers before the ceremony began. He made a crass comment about the “manhood”, which enraged DK Suresh. A verbal spat soon ensued between the two. There was pandemonium on the stage, as Bommai watched on.
Suresh even held a brief protest on the platform.
Later, Chief Minister Bommai intervened and tried to pacify the congress leader. “Let’s not blow up our small difference,” he said and tried to bury the hatchet.
The videos of the incident have gone viral on social media. Many commented about the unceremonious behavior shown by the people’s representatives.
