Rashtriya Lok Adalat on June 8 to provide immediate relief for pre-litigation, pending cases

In an initiative organized by the State Legal Services Authority, the Rashtriya Lok Adalat is set to take place on the 8th, offering the public immediate relief for their pre-litigation and pending cases in courts.

The Lok Adalat will enable the resolution of various types of cases, including public conciliation in criminal cases, bank debt recovery cases, employment reinstatement cases, wage claims of industrial workers, district consumer forum cases, and cases pending in permanent people’s courts.

Importantly, even cases that have not been registered in court can be settled through conciliation during the Rashtriya Lok Adalat. If the cases are resolved through this process, the fees paid to the court will be fully refunded.

For further information, individuals can contact the State Legal Services Authority at 1800-425-90900 or reach out to the nearest District Legal Services Authority.
