Remedies to reduce snoring

Snoring is a common problem that happens when breathing is partially obstructed while sleeping. If you recently became aware of this problem then visit a doctor or you can also follow these home remedies which may reduce your snoring issue.
Reasons for snoring may include being overweight as the fat gets deposited around your neck which may lead to harsh sound coming out of your nose, bad sleeping position can make you more susceptible to snoring, and blocked nose could also be the reason for snoring.
Remedies for Snoring
As mentioned above, Sleeping position can lead to snoring hence try changing position, and if that doesn’t help try adding an extra pillow under your head to prop it up.
- Any kind of blockage in the nasal passage can be the reason for snoring. To avoid that try taking a shower before hitting the bed. You can add essential oil for extra benefit.
- As the fat gets deposited, putting extra pressure on your neck, which leads to snoring. Cutting down on fat and greasy food can help.
- smoking regularly can be one of the reasons behind snoring and hence not smoking is one of the remedies for snoring.
