Renovated Nithyananda Swami Mandir Matha inaugurated in Udupi

Udupi: Sri Bhagavan Nithyananda Swamy Mandir Matha has been renovated in the land of Sri Krishna makes everyone’s hearts blossom without provoking the minds, opined Sri Charukeerthi Bhattaraka Swamiji of Moodabidri.

The seer delivered a sermon at the religious event held on Sunday to mark the inauguration of the renovated temple of Sri Bhagavan Nithyananda Swamy Mandir Matha in Udupi, the dedication of the renovated sanctum sanctorum and the consecration of panchaloha idol of Sri Guruvarya.

Sri Nithyananda enlightened the troubled minds. He was a great saint, who with his miraculous powers, pacified the troubled hearts and made them bloom with new vigor. The newly renovated Mandir Mutt is a testimony to the fact that any work done with the blessings of god proceed smoothly, the swamiji said.

Kanyadi Sri Brahmananda Swamiji, Switzerland Spiritual Guru Sri Mohan Ji, Bevinakoppa Sri Vijayananda Swamiji, Mahamandaleshwara Sri Nithyannda Saraswati Swamiji, Gowrigadde Avadhoota Vinaya Guruji graced the occasion.

Earlier, the esteemed seers inaugurated the grand event by lighting of the lamp. Mumbai-based businessman K K Avarsekar presided over the event.

India’s soul is spirituality: Odiyoor Sri

Odiyoor Sri Gurudevananda Swamiji, in his preaching, said spirituality is the soul of India and temples are needed to nurture it. The source of happiness lies in the spiritual soul. Sri Nithyananda was one of the famous sadhu saints who incarnated for the upliftment of society. A wonderful work has been done to build his Mandir Matha in Udupi, the seer added.

Promoter of G Shankar Family Trust, Dr| G. Shankar, President of Sri Bhagavan Nithyananda Swamy Mandir Matha Kodavoor Divakar Shetty, and Renovation Committee President Purushottam P. Shetty among others were present.

K.M. Shetty of V K Group, architect Srinagesh Hegde, former minister Ramanath Rai, B. Nagaraj Shetty, Pramod Madhwaraj, M. Narasimha Shenoy of Kanhangad Trust, K. Mohan Chandran Nambiar, former member of National Commission for Women Shyamala Kunder, leader of opposition in Udupi City Municipal Council Ramesh Kanchan, Mattaru Ratnakar Hegde, industrialists Ravi Shetty Mumbai, Manohar S. Shetty, Vasudeva Shetty, Bhaskar Shetty, Rajesh Rai, Sadashiva Shetty Kanyana, Kapu Deviprasad Shetty, Gurme Suresh Shetty, CMC member Vijaykumar Kodavoor, Hariprasad Aithal, honorary president Jayakrishna Shetty Thonse were also present.
