Renowned singer Hariharan to get Alva’s Virasat 2019 Award

Moodbidri: Renowned playback singer Hariharan has been selected for the Alva’s Virasat 2019 Award being given by the Alva’s Education Foundation.

The national level Alva’s Virasat which is being conducted every year by Alva’s Education Foundation will be celebrating its 25th year this time and will be held from Jan 4th to 8th. This time, renowned playback singer Padma Shree Hariharan has been selected for the Alva’s Virasat – 2019 Award.

This cultural celebration will be conducted for three days. As per usual it will begin with music and later have dance thereby wining the minds of culture lovers. Every day, the programmes will begin a 6 pm in dusk and will end at 10 pm in the night.

The Alva’s Virasat -2019 will be inaugurated on Jan 4th and the Virasat will be held at Vanajakshi K Shripati Bhat stage which is at Puttige Vivekananda Nagara. This is a massive stage. The seating facility has been designed to provide space for over 50,000 spectators to view the grand programme.
