Retirement from political authority at 75 years BJP’s unwritten rule: CT Ravi

Chikmagalur: Minister CT Ravi stated that the BJP has an unwritten rule that a person can only hold one position in the party and that they retire from power politics after the age of 75. There are instances where unwritten rules are sometimes changed. It is the decision of the party seniors. Whether or not to I continue as a minister is up to them to decide.
Speaking at a news conference here on Friday, October 2, he said he had no expectation of being called into national politics. My life began with the farmers’ movement and I entered politics through the student elections. This is a big turning point in my life.
“When the party superiors asked me what would you prefer – authority or party organization, I answered party organization. Then they said that you will be in the national team. I did not know what position will be giving to me. Now the seniors have given me a big responsibility. I am aware that it is not easy to handle this responsibility, Ravi added.
