Rishab Shetty’s ‘Shivamma’ wins ‘Young Jury Award’ at European film festival

Bengaluru: Kannada feature film “Shivamma” produced by “Kantara” fame Rishab Shetty has won the “Young Jury Award” at the 44th edition of Festival des 3 Continents film festival.

Taking to Twitter, Rishab expressed his happiness by tweeting, “After having won the ‘New Currents’ award at the Busan Film Festival, we are happy to announce that ‘Shivamma’ has won the ‘Young Jury Award’ at the 44th edition of Europe’s prestigious Festival des 3 Continents film festival. I congratulate writer/director Jaishankar Aryar and team.”

Earlier this year the movie won the “New Current” award at the 27th edition of the Busan International Film Festival in South Korea.
