Mangaluru: As part of the national road safety week, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) Mangaluru division has organized a treasure hunt at 10 am on February 10th.
The unique programme has been organized to spread awareness amongst the public in connection to road safety and to increase the involvement of more and more people in this abhiyan.
Mangaluru ACP Umaprashanth will be starting off this programme at the premises of A J Shetty Hospital in the city. By inculcating awareness regarding road safety, many accidents can be averted. It is also possible to bring down the pain and deaths through such programmes.
In this backdrop, more emphasis is being given to the road safety abhiyan, said IMA president B Sacchidananda Rai in a release.
