Robbery 9 months ago: Lorry cleaner nabbed

Puttur: The lorry cleaner who was on the run after have stolen lakhs of rupees in cash from a lorry parked near Narimogaru Bindu factory around 9 months back has successfully ben arrested by Puttur police.
Rs 1.50 lakh in cash, which was stored in the drawer within the lorry’s cabin had been stolen. During the incident, the driver of the vehicle filed a theft complaint at the city police station accusing the lorry’s cleaner of the theft. The accused is identified as Raju (35), son of Narayana, a resident of Tandapatri Ekkimandala Pennepalli of Anantapuram in Andhra Pradesh.
The arrest
The police launched a search for the accused in Andhra Pradesh. The police then received information that the accused was making his way to Kerala from Mysuru on Oct 21st and based on the information, the accused was caught by the cops in Mysuru.
