Rowdy sheeter hacked to death

Bengaluru: A gang of armed men hacked rowdy sheeter to death in Kalyan Nagar in Banaswadi.

The deceased has been identified as Prashanth (36), a resident of Flower Garden. The incident took while Prashanth was riding pillion with his friend Uday Kumar on 100 feet road in Kalyan Nagar.

As per the sources, five armed men came in a car intercepted Prashanth’s bike and when he tried to escape, the gang chased him and attacked him with lethal weapons. They then crushed his head with a boulder and fled away.

Meanwhile, his friend Uday escaped and later returned to the spot, but Prashanth was already dead.

Prashanth who had several criminal cases against him in various police stations in the city was currently running a canned water business.

Banaswadi police have registered a case with this regard and begun investigation.
