Rs 2.5 lakh stolen from petrol pumps locker

Vitla: Unidentified thieves made away with two and a half lakh rupees from the locker of a petrol pump in Kuddupadau in Kepu village here in the wee hours of October 2.
Apart from the cash, the gang is also said to have stolen a three-wheeler parked nearby in the vicinity. The incident is said to have occurred at around 4.30 am on Tuesday,
Vitla police visited the spot and conducted an investigation.
