Mangaluru: Rumours on Dakshina Kannada sealdown is baseless

Mangaluru: Rumours that Dakshina Kannada district will be completely sealed is baseless and authorities have not issued any such orders, clarified district administration.

Dismissing the rumours, the Dakshina Kannada district administration  stated, “The lockdown is already in place and has been strictly enforced. There is no sealing process going on in Mangaluru.”

Any news in this regard can be published only after getting confirmation from the concerned authorities.

Publishing of such baseless news, rumours will create chaos in the mindset of people. It is thus urged not to spread such news without any official confirmation.
