Sajid Nadiadwala confirms Salman, Karisma cameo in “Judwaa 2”

Mumbai: Filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala has confirmed that actors Salman Khan and Karisma Kapoor will make a special appearance in “Judwaa 2”.

The reports of the original “Judwaa” stars making a cameo in the upcoming reboot have been doing the rounds since the film was announced with Varun Dhawan in the lead role.

“They (Salman and Karisma) are saying they want to be part of the film. They will not have a specific role or character, but they will come in a special appearance,” Sajid told reporters here.

Apart from Varun, 29, in double role, the movie stars Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez as female leads.

David Dhawan, who helmed the 1997 blockbuster, will be directing the project scheduled to release on September 29, 2017.
