Sandalwood actor Darshan visits Dharmasthala

Pilgrimage to Southadka, Puttur and Subrahmanya

Belthangady: Sandalwood actor Darshan Tugudeep visited Sri Manjunatha Swami temple on Friday and offered a pooja there.

Later, he met Dr D Harshedra Kumar of Dharmasthala. Laxminarayana Rao welcomed the actor on behalf of the pilgrimage site. Dharmasthala gram panchayat president Chandan Prasad Kamath was present.

After visiting Dharmasthala, Darshan visted Mahaganapati temple at Southadka and then continued his pilgrimage to Subrahmanya. He then visited Sri Mahalingeshwara temple inn Puttur.

The actor carried out his pilgrimage in secrecy to avoid being jostled by his fans.
