Following pleas from the family members of contractor Santhosh Patil, a call for the re-examination of his suicide case has emerged.
In response, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has expressed his intention to confer with the law department regarding a potential re-investigation.
Speaking to the press at Belagavi airport, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah acknowledged the family’s dissatisfaction with the prior investigation conducted under the previous administration.
He asserted that a comprehensive review of the case would be undertaken.
