Mangaluru: Summer vacation has concluded and government primary and high schools have re-opened on Wednesday May 29. As per the government’s initiative to create a festive atmosphere in schools, ‘Prarambhotsava’ has been organised at schools.

In the backdrop of severe drinking water shortage plaguing the city, heads of several schools had raised concerns in this connection.
