Mangaluru: Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and other private long-distance buses originating from the city have restarted issuing tickets from April 15.

Many people, who had come to their hometowns in the Dakshina Kannada district due to the national lockdown, have purchased tickets for Mysuru, Bengaluru and Mumbai on and beyond April 15.

However, it is uncertain whether the lockdown will end on April 14 or will it be extended.

KSRTC official stated that if the Centre decides to extend the lockdown then the tickets would be cancelled and the money would be refunded.
