Senior journalist from the city appointed as KPSC member

Mangaluru/Bengaluru: Governor of Karnataka state Vajubhai Wala, has issued an order appointing senior journalist Dr Ronald Anil Fernandes as a member of the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC).
Dr.Ronald has been serving in Deccan Herald for 21 years and presently is the bureau chief at Mangaluru. He has earned a PhD, from Mangalore University and is a renowned social activist.
He has been honoured with several awards local and national including the prestigious Sarojini Naidu Award, Media Academy Award and District Rajyotsava Award.
