Chitradurga: Education Minister S Suresh Kumar announced the new ‘Setu Bandha’ project.
Under the project students from classes 1 to 5 will be taught lessons from the previous class as well as the next class to cover the lost learning sessions due to the non-conducting of physical classes.
Speaking to reporters, he said that the SSLC examinations will be held from June 21 and 8,75,798 students have registered for the examinations.
“The second PUC examination is also scheduled to begin on May 24 and 7,01,651 students have applied for it,” the minister added.
“These examinations will be a festival for the children of Karnataka and won’t be a prestige issue for the Department. All necessary precautionary measures and preparations for the examination will be undertaken,” he said.
