Shahpur: Youth found hanging from window; Locals allege murder

Shahpur: The body of a youth was found hanging from a window in his house near Diggi base here.

The deceased has been identified as Bheema Rao (22). The body was found early morning on Wednesday, December 22. It is suspected that he died on Tuesday late at night.

Police visited the spot and the dead body was taken to the government hospital for an autopsy.

There were many rumors spreading around the circumstances of the death. Many suspect the youth may have been murdered. However, it is too early to pinpoint the exact nature of the death, sources said.

Meanwhile, police have registered a case of unnatural death at the City Police Station. Further investigations are ongoing.
