Shirva: Children build high-tech bus stand to celebrate parents’ 50th anniversary

Shirva: In a sweet gesture, a high-tech bus stand was built in Shirva to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Attinje Shambhu Shetty and Hemalatha Shetty by their children.

The bus stand was inaugurated by the couple on Wednesday, May 18, and was gifted to the Shirva Gram Panchayat.

Later, a function was held at the Shirva Mahila Soudha. Shambhu Shetty and Hemalatha Shetty were felicitated by the Shirva Gram Panchayat officials.

Eminent Scholar Kenja Sridhara Tantri, Religious head of Shirva Arogya Matha temple, Dennis Daesa, and head of Shirwa Sunni Jamia Masjid Sirajuddin Zaini were also present.
