Shivamogga city corporation introduces digital online service system

Shivamogga: In a noteworthy alleviation for local people, the Shivamogga city corporation has gone digital hence decreasing the holding up period required to secure a document. 

The new system was initiated by Mayor Nagaraj Kankari on July 2 morning. Individuals will now be required to apply for documents by filling Form No 2 and payment of a minimal fee. 

Prior, people needed to wait for longer periods if any officer was on leave and on occasion even needed to endure corrupt officers. The digital system will address every one of these issues adequately, said the Mayor.
