Shivamogga: Fire breaks out in house after LPG cylinder blast; major tragedy averted

Shivamogga:  A major tragedy was averted after a LPG cylinder exploded causing a fire in a house in Puridalu village, Shivamogga on Tuesday.

The house belonged to Shridhar, a resident of Shantipura in Shivamogga.

It is said that the fire broke out in the kitchen after there was a leak in the LPG cylinder.

However, a major tragedy was averted after the neighbors and the residents of the house managed to put out the fire with sand and wet gunny bags.

A case has been registered.
