Shivamogga suspicious packets: 2 suspects detained, being questioned

Shivamogga: Two persons have been detained for questioning in relation to the suspicious boxes found at the railway station in the city, police said.
Shivamogga Superintendent of Police Mithun Kumar said that the two suspects were detained on the basis of a CCTV footages on. The boxes were brought in a Maruti Omni vehicle was seen. Police are investigating the suspects’ purpose for delivering the box and other dimensions, he said.
The SP further added that no explosives were found in the package. The suspect’s criminal background as well as their movement s are being probed, he added.
Mithun Kumar said that the suspicious package wrapped in a sack with “Made in Bangladesh’ written on it. All angles are being investigated, he added.
