Bengaluru: Hatrick-Hero Shiva Rajkumar has canceled his annual Sabarimala yatra as a precautionary measure amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Owing to the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the country, the government has asked its citizens to exercise due caution and avoid mass gatherings and traveling as much as possible.
As per reports, Shiva Rajkumar goes to Sabarimala every year with his friends. Though planning for this year’s trip had been done, the actor decided to cancel the trip. Instead, he offered prayers to Lord Ayyappa Swamy in the city and removed Mala (a chain made of Rudraksha or Tulasi beads).
Meanwhile, the screening of his latest release, “Drona” has been stopped and the shooting of the upcoming movie, “Bhajarangi-2” also halted due to the virus outbreak.
