Chitradurga: In a shocking incident a 3-year-old girl child was beaten to death by a 21-year-old godman self-styled godman.
Reportedly, the girl was suffering from nightmares. After noticing behavioral changes in daughter, the parents feared that she was possessed by evil spirits and took her to the godman for treatment.
The godman and his 19-year-old brother claimed that the child’s body is possessed and thrashed her for almost an hour.
The father later shared his ordeal with a local villager, after which, the incident came to light, and the accused are now arrested by the police.
