Siddapur: A gang of 4-6 men allegedly forced themselves into a house at Siddapur and attacked a couple on Sunday, December 4.
Tenkoddu Jayaram Shetty (46) and his wife Rukmini Shetty have filed a complaint against Tenkodu Kumar Shetty and his relatives for allegedly assaulting them with weapons.
It is said that there was enmity between Jayaram Shetty and the accused Tenkoddu Kumar Shetty. On Dec 4, Kumar Shetty along with his son-in-law Prasad Shetty, Santhosh Kothari and 4 others entered Jayaram Shetty’s house.
They allegedly hit Jayaram on the head and also attacked his wife Rukmini Shetty. The couple has been admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
