Siddaramaiah calls union govt fascist

Bajpe: “Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s is a fascist government. His regime is similar to that of Adolf Hitler’s,” alleged senior Congress leader and former chief minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah on Saturday, October 5 speaking to media-persons at Mangaluru International Airport.
Siddaramaiah arrived to the city on his way to Chikkamagaluru’s Kalasa where he will meet the family of a farmer who committed suicide and also address the general public.
“Nobody dares to speak against Modi. We had requested the central government to release a fund of Rs 5,000 crore. But they have granted Rs 1,200 crore after two months now,” he pointed.
“The state government has spent the available amount from its treasury. They now say that there is no money. I feel chief minister B S Yediyurappa has no knowledge of finance. There is no chance that the state treasury is empty. As tax is paid by the public every month and collected by the state government,” he said.
