Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday said he doesn’t know who has received invitations to participate in the Ram Mandir inauguration.
Speaking to the reporters, he said, ” I have no idea about the invitation. Those who have received the invite can go and the rest can stay back. The decision is theirs and I have nothing to say.”
Regarding the declaration of a government holiday on the 22nd, the Chief Minister clarified that the central government will be overseeing the inauguration of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. He urged individuals to take leave if they wish to participate in the event.
In response to the arrest of Karsevaks in Hubli, Siddaramaiah questioned, ” What should be done to wrongdoers? Should we let them go?” He mentioned that the authorities were urged to handle old cases, and the police have taken action. The Chief Minister emphasized that there is no engagement in hate politics in this regard.
