Shivamogga: Rural Development Minister KS Eshwarappa on Tuesday remarked sharply on former chief minister Siddaramaiah.
Speaking in the city here, he said that he welcomes criticism from the opposition and if it is correct then they will rectify their mistakes. However, the opposition party is under the impression that criticising is their only job.
“Former CM Siddaramaiah’s criticism is to show that he is alive and is the opposition leader. Our CM is working even from the hospital,” he added.
“Many former CMs are giving suggestions to the government on controlling the pandemic. But Siddaramaiah is not so dignified and is talking like a drunkard walking on a street. Siddaramaiah does not deserve any authority, hence he was thrown out by the people of Chamundeshwari constituency,” the minister said.
