Siddaramaiah started extermination of Congress while he was CM: Kumaraswamy

Bengaluru: In a series of seven tweets in Kannada, former chief minister HD Kumaraswamy blasted his predecessor Siddaramaiah for calling the Janata Dal (Secular) (JD(S))an opportunist party.

In the tweets, Kumaraswamy called Siddaramaiah ungrateful, selfish and an egoist.

He added that JD(S) supremo Deve Gowda was the prime minister of the country. If he or the party was opportunist then he would have held on to his prime ministership at any cost. But he didn’t as he had a sense of self-respect.

Kumaraswamy further accused Siddaramaiah of openly claiming to be responsible for the extermination of the Congress in the State.
