Bengaluru: Congress leader and former chief minister Siddaramaiah has decided to release a book chronicling the “misadventures” of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 8-years of governance.
The book is set to be released on July 1, sources said.
The Kannada book has been titled “Entu Varsha Nurentu Sankashta” (Eight Years 108 Troubles), sources said and added that Siddaramaiah has made reference to unpopular policy decisions of the Modi government, including the demonetization and farm laws.
Meanwhile, Siddaramaiah took to Twitter to criticize the barbaric killing of a tailor in Udaipur. “I strongly condemn the barbaric act of beheading the innocent man in Udaipur. Nothing can justify such brutality & the perpetrators should be punished,” he tweeted on June 28 with the hashtag #UdaipurHorror.
