Mangaluru: Siddaramaiah has lost the trust and confidence of the people of Badami constituency and is looking for a new constituency to contest in the next election, claimed Former Chief Minister and BJP Parliamentary Board member B.S. Yediyurappa.
Speaking to journalists here on Friday, Yediyurappa said that Siddaramaiah is now looking for a new constituency after Mysore and Badami to contest in the next election. “They haven’t found any. So now they are saying Kolar,” he said.
Siddaramaiah’s popularity can be gauged by the fact that he is hesitating to contest from Badami seat, he claimed.
Yeddyurappa responded to the question of the reporters regarding the demand for an increase in reservations for the Vokkaliga community and said that the Chief Minister will take an appropriate decision in this regard.
