New Delhi: Former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who has been waiting for Rahul’s appointment for the past two days met Congress President Rahul Gandhi here and briefed the political development in the state.
It is gathered that Siddaramaiah expressed his views over the coalition government and its impact on Congress party since the grand old party suffered a massive set back in the state.
However, what exactly both discussed is not known, sources said that both discussed political developments in the state.
Siddaramaiah meeting comes after former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda met Rahul Gandhi and reportedly told him that his party may severe its ties with the Congress if the pinpricks from Congress netas do not stop, informed sources.
