Sirsi boy creates record by singing “Jana Gana Mana” 75 times in one hour

Sirsi: A boy named Adavaith Kirankumar Kudalkar has got his name registered in the India Book of Records and Asian Book of Records for singing the Indian National Anthem “Jana Gana Mana” 75 times nonstop for one hour and eight minutes.
He achieved this milestone in the “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” (75th year of Indian Independence) programme organized by the Hindu Jagarana Vedike on August 14, this year.
However, the awards were conferred to Advaith during the celebration of the Kannada Rajyotsava programme – “Kannada Nudi Namana” in the city.
He also bagged the Outstanding Achievement Award – Junior Category from the Spandana organization.
Advaith is currently studying in class 3 at St. Anthony School.
He has been practising music under the guidance of Vidwan Sriranga Hegde in Sirsi.
